You may not create links to our Platform without authorization. The content and software on the Platform are owned by Tixnet and/or its suppliers and are protected by intellectual property laws. You must not remove any legal notices or credits from the Platform.

Tixnet strives to provide accurate and uninterrupted service on the Platform. However, the Platform and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." Tixnet does not guarantee that files available for download are free from viruses or other harmful components. No warranties of any kind are made, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Tixnet is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages. Tixnet is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or conduct of any third parties on the Platform. Any inappropriate behavior by users or third-party advertisers may be reported to Tixnet, which will investigate and take appropriate action at its discretion.

The Tixnet name, logos, and any graphics on the Platform are trademarks of Tixnet GmbH. These trademarks may only be used publicly with Tixnet's explicit written permission.

All materials on the Tixnet Platform are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, editing, publication, transfer, or download of these materials is prohibited without written permission from Tixnet. All content on the Platform, including designs, texts, graphics, logos, icons, buttons, software, and trademarks, are owned by Tixnet or authorized third parties. Any reproduction or use of these materials without permission will be prosecuted under applicable laws.

Users who transmit copyrighted material without a license or legal exemption will have their Platform access terminated. Users must ensure that any content they upload does not infringe on third-party rights. Upon notification of a violation, Tixnet will terminate the rights of the offending user to access the Platform. Tixnet may also preemptively terminate user rights if it believes a violation has occurred.

The Platform may generate search results and links to third-party sites. Tixnet has no control over these sites and does not guarantee their accuracy, legality, or safety. By using the Platform to search or link to other sites, you agree that Tixnet is not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of these links. Report any issues with links to Tixnet customer service for review and action.

Sharing your username and password with unauthorized parties.

Introducing harmful software or data into Tixnet's systems.

Engaging in illegal, fraudulent, or disruptive activities.

Violating intellectual property laws.

Distributing offensive or inappropriate content.

Using the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Tixnet does not monitor offline user behavior. Using information obtained from the Platform to harass or harm others, or to send unsolicited communications, is prohibited.

The Platform may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Tixnet. Unauthorized commercial activities, including ticket resales, will be pursued legally. Tixnet reserves the right to block access and cancel orders related to unauthorized commercial use.

You agree not to use automated systems or manual processes to monitor or copy the Platform's content without permission. You must not interfere with the Platform's functionality or impose unreasonable demands on Tixnet's infrastructure. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or public display of the Platform's content is prohibited.

Illegal or unauthorized use of the Platform, including unauthorized ticket sales and the use of automated systems, will result in legal action.

Tixnet reserves the right to terminate your access to the Platform, cancel ticket orders, and remove unauthorized content if you breach these Terms. Legal actions, including injunctive relief, may be taken to prevent breaches. Tixnet may disclose your personal information if required by law.

Tixnet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, arising from unforeseen circumstances or Acts of God.

These Terms are governed by German law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Berlin, Germany.

You agree to indemnify Tixnet, its affiliates, and employees against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, including linking to other sites or uploading content.
